Gita Umanovska will introduce in the possibilities of cooperations between municipalities and the Council of Jewish Communities and Religious Organization (CJCRO) focusing on the case of the Rezekne synagogue (Eastern Latvia), that has been reconstructed by financial help of CJCRO.

She is Vicedirector of the Council of Jewish Communities and Religious Organisations in Riga.
