Circulation tank of the Technical University

By Ludwig Leo.
Planning started in 1967. Built in 1975-76. The engineer was Christian Boës. Inside the huge pink pipe water is moved to do research on water current and stream. It was the biggest circulation tank in the world. It's Leo's most famous building, Peter Cook, Heinrich Klotz, Leon Krier, among others are great admirers of it.

The pump station by Oswald Mathias Ungers, we visited on the Friday before took inspiration of it.

To both buildings we'll have access to enter.
